We went to the Stegmans after church on Easter. It was a laid back time and Johnny had lots of fun with his cute little basket full of bunny stuff. Here's a couple pics...sorry, I haven't taken any since!

New Shoes for Baby...

Well, here's our little one's first new pair of shoes! Can you figure out what we're having? We figured she'd need them as soon as she came out since she's already gotten so much practice kicking me...she should be able to walk at birth! We just found out this morning and are sooooo excited to have a girl on the way (girl names are the only ones we can agree on so far). She looks great and everything is going well, we just have another 4 1/2 months to wait to meet her! I have a feeling she'll be a lot like me...she's already feisty in there!

Zoo

I took John to the Point Defiance Zoo today, and met up with our friends Jamie and Alex. The boys had a good time looking at all the animals, especially the monkeys who were very playful, the sharks, and the peacocks. The peacocks are allowed to freely roam the zoo grounds and we got really close to a couple of them. Here's a couple neat pictures.Sleepy boy after a long morning

Hi there, hope you're all well. I had a few extra minutes today so I thought I'd just post some recent pictures. We've been pretty laid back lately, mostly hanging around the house and going for walks since the weather is warming up (a little).Cutest smile in the world!

Just a little belly update...

I'm 17 weeks already! I'm glad the first half of the pregnancy seems to be going by so fast, because I know the second half will seem like an eternity, just like last time! Things are going well, my pants don't fit anymore and regular shirts ride up my belly already. I started feeling the baby about 2 weeks ago, and lately s/he is doing acrobatics from around 8pm until I go to bed. It's kinda fun, I just wonder what has him/her so hopped up every evening! I've also started feeling lots of "fake" Braxton Hicks contractions every day, but those are really normal for me. We are excited more and more every day about the thought of another baby in the house! I am going to deliver naturally at the only local birth center, called the Birthing Inn. You can check it out at www.thebirthinginn.com. The only thing that would stop a birth there is if something "high risk" came up and I was forced to go to the hospital. Anyway, we should be posting the sex of the baby soon, hopefully s/he'll cooperate on March 20th and the ultrasound tech will be able to tell!
